As the Chief Administrative Officer, Ms. Graca oversees various administrative and functional areas, for HilltopSecurities.   Through various projects and programs, her role is to drive business strategy and to promote a performance-driven culture through enhanced communication and collaboration across the organization.

  • Former Chief Operating Officer for Integrated Emergency Services
  • Served as the Managing Director of Development for Harvard Business School successfully leading the team in achieving a five-year $1 Billion campaign goal in just under four years
  • Spent nearly 8 years Baylor Scott & White Dallas Foundation as the Vice President of Development and Operations
  • Held several senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Operations for Baker & Taylor, Director and Treasurer for Omni Hotels, and Vice President of Administration for Bank of America
